Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing new product introduction (NPI) and engineering programs.

• Monitor project milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics) to meet program objectives.

• Track and report program progress, risks, and issues to management.

• Act as liaison between customer, internal engineering, and manufacturing teams.

• Support customer requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Participate in program reviews, technical meetings, and provide status updates.

• Review product drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Support design validation, prototyping, and testing activities.

• Assist in change management (ECR/ECO) and ensure proper documentation.

• Provide engineering input to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).

• At least 2-4 years of working experience in program/project engineering, manufacturing or electronics industry experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or program coordination would be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of project/program management methodologies.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency will be added advantages.
