In 2025, Joe Poh established a joint venture to introduce this vision to Malaysia. Built upon the foundation of Matsumura-san's signature shoyu recipe, the Malaysian edition incorporates carefully selected local ingredients to create a distinctive flavor profile that resonates with Malaysia's diverse culture and tastes. This collaboration reflects a shared belief that great ramen is more than a meal. It is a universal language that connects people from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Service

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Process payments and transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure a positive dining experience by responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

Food Preparation

• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in cooking, plating, and portioning to maintain consistency and quality standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed.

Restaurant Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Team Support

• Assist supervisors and team members with daily operational tasks.
• Support inventory replenishment and stock organization.

Participate in shift handovers and ensure smooth operational continuity.

• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
