Role Description The Research Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The Research Analyst will review and evaluate academic and market research papers, extract key insights, and structure findings in ways that enhance understanding and usability within the platform. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and literature research, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, and synthesizing information into clear summaries and data-supported reports. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to define research requirements, validate assumptions with evidence, and propose data-informed improvements to features. The Research Analyst will also communicate findings to internal stakeholders, support strategic decision-making, and ensure that research outputs are accurate, rigorous, and well-documented.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid grounding in Statistics for interpreting data and evaluating research findings.
- Candidates should possess Research and Market Research skills to gather, assess, and synthesize information from diverse academic and industry sources.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting complex insights in accessible written and verbal formats.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R), familiarity with academic databases, and a strong attention to detail are advantageous.
