Responsibilities
As a Guest Relations, your primary role is to provide a warm welcome and excellent service to all guests. You will greet patrons upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and address any inquiries or special requests they may have. Additionally, you'll ensure a smooth flow of guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guests' needs will contribute to creating positive experiences and fostering customer loyalty.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Anticipates customer needs, providing personalized service.
Responsibilities:
Make reservations for guests.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to handle cashiering unsupervised.
Use appropriate language, tone, and non-verbal cues to convey messages effectively.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle basic customer issues.
