Responsibilities

Location: Central Region
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email timely.
Prepare shipping and import/export documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, invoices).
Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Process invoices and billing documents on time.
Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal teams on the arrangements.
Ensure operations comply with company SOPs.
Performing other tasks related to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Training on in-house software will be provided.
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in the shipping, logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
