Technical Manager/ R&D Manager
Key responsibilities
Lead R&D projects on ready mixed concrete, precast products and construction materials
Explore and develop new materials, technologies and innovative solutions to improve product quality, performance and sustainability
Optimize production processes and manufacturing efficiency
Conduct product trials, testing and technical evaluations
Productivity improvement and carbon-reduction initiatives
About you
Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines
Over 3 years' experience in ready mixed concrete, precast, construction materials or related industries
Strong knowledge of material technology and manufacturing processes
Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
