We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, leading the team, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and performance targets
• Monitor daily sales performance, store KPIs, and staff productivity
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards
• Support staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and daily task allocation
• Assist in stock management, replenishment, stocktaking, and inventory control
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and complies with visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Support promotional activities, campaigns, and new product launches
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
• Assist the Store Manager with staff training, performance monitoring, and team development
• Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or team-leading experience
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, or similar retail environments will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to retail shift schedules
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
