Job Summary

Join a professional beauty and wellness company with 40 years of experience, providing Facial, Slimming, and Therapeutic massage services. Engage customers through service bookings and support daily operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to customers to secure service bookings and increase client engagement
• Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction
• Manage reception tasks including greeting clients and coordinating appointments efficiently
• Conduct reminder calls to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered
• Perform day-end sales settlement to ensure accurate financial records
• Adapt to a challenging work environment with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and promote services
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry
