Funlah creates joyful celebrations by delivering and setting up balloon decorations and event props with care and professionalism.
Job Summary
This hands-on role focuses on delivering balloon orders safely and on time, setting up event decorations onsite, and supporting balloon preparation and fulfilment as needed.
Responsibilities
Deliver balloon orders safely and punctually to customer locations
Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries and setups
Set up balloon decorations at hotels, homes, and event venues according to specifications
Perform occasional teardown and collection of reusable props and equipment after events
Prepare, inflate, assemble, and pack balloon orders in-house when required
Verify order accuracy before departure for delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle, equipment, and work areas
Work independently after training to complete assigned tasks reliably and responsibly
Handle and carry event equipment safely, demonstrating physical fitness for hands-on work
Required competencies and certifications
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 2–3 years of driving experience
Experience in balloon, event, logistics, or delivery work (training provided)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Other Information
Benefits
5-day work week, 9am to 6pm
Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays with time off in lieu provided
Weekly rest days scheduled on weekdays
Flexible working hours for early deliveries or setups
Salary: S$2,400 - S$2,600 depending on experience
Annual leave entitlement
Experienced and approved drivers may be allowed to drive the company van home
Employment Terms
1-year contract with renewal based on performance
