Times Management Consultant Hiring! Full Time BIM Engineer in Southeast (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 5,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper to support BIM modeling, coordination and technical documentation for architectural and curtain wall/façade projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate BIM models, effective coordination and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modeling & Coordination

• Develop and manage Revit BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP systems.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards and requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or Solibri.
• Utilize Rhino and Grasshopper for complex parametric modeling and detailed fabrication drawings, particularly for curtain wall/façade systems.
• Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines and project stages.

2. Technical Documentation

• Prepare construction drawings, schedules and material take-offs from BIM models.
• Produce BIM coordination reports, model updates and technical documentation.
• Ensure drawings and models are accurate, coordinated and issued according to project requirements.

3. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to resolve design and technical issues.
• Participate in and, where required, lead BIM coordination meetings.
• Act as a liaison between design and construction teams to facilitate effective information and data exchange.
• Support project teams throughout design development and construction stages.

4. Quality Assurance

• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Ensure models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
• Support compliance with relevant Singapore BCA requirements and BIM standards.
• Identify and resolve modeling, coordination and documentation issues.

5. BIM Innovation & Process Improvement

• Implement BIM best practices and improve modeling and coordination workflows.
• Explore and apply advanced BIM tools such as Dynamo and Enscape for automation, visualization and process improvement.
• Support the development of efficient BIM standards, templates and workflows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience, preferably in architectural, curtain wall or façade projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Navisworks/Solibri, AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Singapore BCA requirements and BIM standards will be an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good problem-solving, coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional or equivalent certification.
• Experience with BCA Green Mark or other green building standards.
• Experience with point cloud scanning.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM and construction simulation.
• Singapore or international project experience.
• Experience in curtain wall/façade design, detailing or fabrication.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
