Job Description

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

A Senior HR Executive bridges the gap between daily human resources operations and strategic talent planning. They oversee the entire lifecycle of an employee—including recruitment, compliance, performance tracking, and employee relations—while ensuring all HR practices align with company growth goals and local labor laws.



Responsibilities:

HR Planning Strategy

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives and company culture.
  • Lead or participant in HR program implementations regionally.
  • Maintain global HR continuity by collaborating with Senior HR Manager, SEA


Talent Planning and Employee Management

  • Conducting manpower planning to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the full talent acquisition process including recruitment, interviewing and hiring for exempt level employees in SEA.


Employee Compensation and Benefits

  • Foster relationships with employees to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Work with local HR administration team to develop and implement programs to increase engagement, motivation, retention and productivity.


Employee Relations

  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.


Performance Management

  • Ensures the performance management process is implemented, and all assessments and performance reviews are fair and transparent.
  • Supports the yearly compensation review cycle and ensuring salaries are in line with the internal parity & guidelines.


Data Analysis

  • Analysing HR data to generate insights and inform decision-making.


Change Management

  • Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.


Collaboration

  • Working with local HR administration teams and business leaders to ensure effective HR programs and initiatives.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Degree in relevant studies with minimum 5 years relevant experience in multiple HR roles, preferably at a multinational company and matrix organization.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the business environment and how HR practices can impact the bottom line.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term HR strategies.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop solutions.
  • Change Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage change initiatives.
  • Positive energy with can do attitude.
