Monitor mechanical process performance and tool conditions, identifying deviations and taking timely corrective action.
Assess tool capability and select or assign suitable tools based on product specifications and process requirements.
Fine-tune and adjust tools to maintain required mechanical performance and support production quality.
Conduct post-process checks and disposition activities, including geometry and HOSPC assessments, with containment actions where required.
Work closely with Process Engineers and Operations teams on data collection, evaluation activities and production-floor improvements to support stable high-volume manufacturing.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant
experience in
mechanical processes, manufacturing or equipment maintenance
, within a
semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
Must be willing and able to work a
12-hour permanent night shift.
