1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and organize production data for accurate reporting
• Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly production summary reports
• Process reimbursement claims on time
• Create and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders for production related materials and supplies
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, reimbursement claims, and purchasing documents
• Assist in assessing production headcount gaps and submitting recruitment request
• Monitor office and production consumables and arrange replenishment
• Assist in coordinating production meetings and departmental communications
• Follow up on the implementation of production-related meeting decisions
• Ensure all documents are accurate, organized, and comply with company procedures
• Provide other administrative support to the Production Manager and production team
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with ERP is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
