Job Description:

The Project Management Executive/Manager – Bus Experienced role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore.

• This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing bus-related projects, including vehicle deployment, operations setup, and customer requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of commercial vehicle projects.
• Daily tasks include conducting market and operational analyses, preparing project documentation and presentations, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and monitoring project risks and issues.
• Support business development activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in project management within the bus or commercial vehicle sector, including managing timelines, budgets, and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on execution and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Singapore transport environment, regulatory requirements, and fleet operations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
