• Promote and sell Maxis products and services, including Postpaid, Prepaid, Fibre, and mobile devices.
• Assist customers with bill payments, account enquiries, and other customer service matters.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend the most suitable Maxis plan, package, or product.
• Provide professional advice and solutions to customers based on their usage, budget, and requirements.
• Explain product features, promotions, plans, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with new registrations, upgrades, plan changes, and device purchases.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues by providing suitable solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Build good relationships with customers by providing friendly and excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with the latest Maxis products, promotions, and service information.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
