As an Inventory Planning Officer, you will help ensure the right products are available at the right time by supporting effective inventory planning, stock allocation, and replenishment across our O+O (Offline + Online) business, enabling a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan inventory requirements and allocate stock to support promotional and business activities.

Monitor inventory performance and coordinate timely replenishment to achieve stock availability and inventory KPIs.

Collaborate closely with warehouse and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve inventory-related issues.

Analyze inventory data and prepare reports to support business decisions through a scientific and data-driven approach.

Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.

What You’ll Bring

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great shopping experience.

Experience in inventory planning, stock control, or supply chain operations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems is an advantage.
