Full Time Senior Accounts Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in APEX ARTISAN SDN BHD Sungai Buloh - Ricebowl

Duties & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and expense monitoring to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and cost control across entities.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable.

Skills & qualification

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field required for this position.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., UBS and/or Auto Count) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
