We are looking for a dynamic Export & Business Development Executive to expand our export markets. This role involves customer management, business development, and international travel.

Working Location & Hours

• Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
• Working Days: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new leads and achieve export sales targets.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, samples, product registration, shipments, artwork, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Participate in international trade shows and travel overseas for customer meetings and business development.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development, preferably in export and the food industry.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel internationally.
