JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop current working practices to successfully deliver major international FPSO through EPCIC Projects & Operations.
- Support MISC’s ambition to be recognized as a leading provider and operator of ‘High Value and Complex FPSO facilities’
- Visit Strategic partners, sub-contractors and major equipment suppliers to validate progress reporting, quality of the work and perform safety walkabout and audit.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide input to the development of the Topsides Engineering, Procurement & Construction Strategy.
- Coordinate and expedite Topsides EPC documentation for input to the bid.
- Accountable for Mechanical Completion and delivery of all Topsides Modules and Structures in accordance with the Hull Integration plan & heavy lift schedule.
- Accountable for consistency in the design, construction, quality and completion of Topsides modules and Structures across all Strategic partners and sub-contractors.
- Accountable for direct reporting of Topsides issues and concerns to the Project Director.
- Attend and provide critical inputs to Engineering and Procurement progress review meeting.
- Attend and provide critical inputs to daily Construction group morning management meeting.
- Expedite closure of holds and delays affecting timely completion of the work.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT:
- 15 – 25 years of relevant experience in the execution of major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Minimum Years of FPSO Experience: 12
- Number of FPSO Projects (throughout relevant phases): 4
- Minimum years of Delivery manager experience: 6
- Relevant recognized qualifications – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
- Preference: Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate / Registered with recognized professional body.
