Duties

·         Act as the Tier-2 support of the mass market network

·         Provide technical and operational support to Network Operation Cetre (NOC), Field Services and other internal departments

·         Support the scheduled change request network operation and ad-hoc projects

·         Restore the network outage within Service Level Agreement

·         Emergency Call-Out Operation (ECO) is required when necessary

Requirements

·         Certificate/Diploma in Telecom/Electrical & Electronic/Computer Science

·         2-years or above relevant working experience

·         In-depth knowledge in router, switch, load balancer, firewall, wifi
