CNC Metal Machining Hiring! Full Time Production Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

1. Identify, analyze, evaluate, validate and develop SOP to the standardization working method and tool to achieve consistent performance and improve productivity

2. Plan, organize, coordinate and validate new machine, equipment, jig and fixture, stamping mold, bending die set-up, commissioning and qualification to production.

3. Develop cost reduction strategies and implement cost reduction programs to optimize operational efficiency

4. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

5. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.

6. Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required

7. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout

8. Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients

9. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

10. Establish or review safety work procedures in order to ensure all works performed are compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.

11. Implement 5S and Kaizen activities continuously

Requirement

1. Preferably Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

2. Atleast 5 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

3. Must be computer literate.

4. ISO 9001: 2015 knowledge will be an advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
