Responsibilities
Diploma in Accountancy.
Strong administrative and time-management skills.
Prior experience in accounts will be advantageous.
Highly motivated with a good working attitude and able to work independently.
Well versed in operating computer software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Job Scope: Reporting to the Finance Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following:
Monthly statement of accounts to customers
Preparation of invoices to customers
Checking of expenses claims and supplier invoices
Preparation / submission of payments via internet banking
Bank / Cash book management
Data entry for Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Payment Vouchers and Receipt Vouchers
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

We conduct warranty surveys for project and high value cargoes, inclusive of risk assessment prior to shipments. We provide consultancy for cargo damage / contamination investigation.
