Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Solutions Architect / Technical Delivery professional to support enterprise AI projects in Singapore. This is not a traditional pre-sales role. You will work closely with enterprise customers and partners from initial requirements gathering and solution design through POC, implementation and ongoing delivery, while acting as the bridge between customers and the China-based engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise customer requirements and design suitable technical solutions.
• Support demos, POCs, solution architecture and implementation.
• Act as the bridge between Singapore customers and the China-based engineering team.
• Stay involved through delivery, troubleshooting and customer support.
• Continuously learn and apply new AI tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting or Technical Consulting.
• Strong enterprise or government client-facing experience.
• Comfortable with both solutioning and technical delivery.
• Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and willingness to learn.
• Solutions Architect + Technical Delivery + Client-Facing FDE
• MUST Have hands-on exposure to handling enterprise projects related to voice AI, chatbots or agentic AI
