Partner closely with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders to manage complex account operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-touch relationship management.

• Oversee end-to-end operational support and account servicing for premier wealth management clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex transactional, administrative, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing operational queries and delivering customized service solutions.
• Monitor operational risks and ensure alignment with internal governance and external regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in streamlining operational workflows to enhance client onboarding and service efficiency.

skills and experience required.

• Proven track record in case management, client servicing, or operational support within private banking or wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, client onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with sophisticated clients and internal business partners.
• Strong problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail in managing complex client requests.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
