Triangle Worldwide Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Triangle Worldwide is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ISO and PPS shipments with customers, including HP and KWE, ensuring timely and efficient handling.

• Issue ROTs and arrange bookings with hauliers for empty container pick-ups and laden container collections.

• Monitor CY opening dates and times with forwarding agents and submit early gate-in requests when required.

• Liaise with hauliers and drivers to confirm equipment collection, container numbers and seal details.

• Provide on-site operational support at Celestica and oversee shipment handling.

• Keep customers and relevant stakeholders updated on shipment progress through email and WhatsApp, including real-time photos.

• Record and update haulier arrival and departure times from Celestica to NBCT Port for customer tracking.

• Prepare billing for KWE shipments in the Sovy system and ensure completion within the monthly account-closing timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in freight forwarding, haulage coordination or logistics operations would be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage multiple shipments and work within tight timelines.

• Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable providing on-site operational support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics or billing systems.
