Role Description The Senior HR Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Batu Kawan. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including overseeing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local regulations. The Senior HR Executive will handle employee relations matters, support performance management activities, and assist managers with talent development and workforce planning. The role includes coordinating recruitment and onboarding, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance engagement and workplace culture. The Senior HR Executive will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in supporting organizational HR strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including HR documentation, HRIS usage, and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, mediate issues, and promote a respectful workplace.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies development, implementation, and review to ensure fair and consistent practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Experience in a technology, engineering, or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Batu Kawan and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
