Position:

• Senior Barista
• Junior Barista

Job Description

• Ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Maintain standards for all product preparations according to company requirements.
• Practices for relevant health and safety standards, as well as equipment usage and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.
• Manage outlet inventory and stock.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
• Assist in creating seasonal beverages.

Requirements

• Able to communicate in English.
• 6 working days per week (shift rotation).
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Barista is required for the Senior Barista position.
• Salary based on experience.
• Overtime (OT) and shift work required.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Pleasant appearance, with no tattoos or no visible tattoos.
• Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
• Professional barista training will be provided.

Training and Statutory will be provided (for eg. EPF, SOCSO).

Overtime pay (when required to OT).

Salary range:

• Junior Barista: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00
• Senior Barista: RM2,800.00 – RM4,000.00 (depending on experience)
