Inventory Management Associate

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,300 per month
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Associate to support inventory management, order fulfilment, vendor coordination and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock transfers, inventory adjustments and inventory records.
• Prepare monthly sales invoices and perform inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records based on Delivery Orders (DO) and Delivery Advice (DA).
• Manage vendor files and production file uploads.
• Process media stock requests and maintain inventory tracking.
• Manage orders and ensure timely fulfilment according to agreed SLA.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for cards and charms.
• Monitor weekly and monthly stock movement reports from vendors.
• Perform inventory reconciliation between internal inventory and ERP systems.
• Support warehouse visits and stock verification exercises when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTable and basic data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
