This is an entry level position.

Job Summary :

The Management Trainee position is designed for students pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. This role provides hands-on experience within a specific department or a rotational program, allowing Management trainee to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world logistics scenarios. The Management trainee will be involved in daily operations, projects, and tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Job description :

• Assist with day-to-day tasks within the assigned department to contribute to team goals.
• Support ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering data, and providing assistance in project implementation.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance understanding of logistics processes.
• Monitor bookings for Haulage ordering.
• Making plan for drivers and monitor their GPS.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to logistics activities.
• Collaborate with team members, providing fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Attend customer inquiries.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation, or any related field.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn quickly.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang/West Port/ North Port
