Job Summary

SEPPURE Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Engineer to develop membrane technologies for organic solvent nanofiltration. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to create innovative solutions addressing energy and solvent recycling challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of membrane products for industrial filtration and separation applications to enhance performance and durability
• Conduct lab-scale experiments to evaluate membrane performance, durability, and process efficiency for product validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale membrane technologies from laboratory research to pilot and commercial deployment
• Assist in installation and commissioning of membrane processing equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements to optimize system efficiency
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers by working closely with various stakeholders
• Lead project management activities and coordinate with system fabricators to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental engineering, or related fields
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in process engineering, membrane technology, water treatment, chemical processing, or product development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to process optimization and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Hands-on experience and comfort working in laboratory and industrial environments
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer support and field commissioning activities
