Position Title: Operation Analyst

Working Location: Klang Valley (must have own transport and required travel on project basis)

Salary : RM 2700 -3600

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for detail-oriented Operations Associates to support daily operations for a financial entity. The role involves data entry, data checking, document processing, reconciliation and general operational support while ensuring accuracy and following company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry.
• Check and verify information against source documents.
• Review and process financial and operational data.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up for resolution.
• Verify documents and maintain accurate records.
• Support data cleansing, reconciliation and quality checks.
• Follow company SOPs and established processes.
• Keep customer and business information confidential.
• Prepare basic reports and status updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, banking, financial services, back-office processing or a similar role.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data and repetitive tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
