Responsibilities
- Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
- Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and budget compliance
- Interface professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and performance
- Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural models and drawings
- Apply Photoshop skills to enhance project presentations and visual communications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
- Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
