Job description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise construction works on project at site.

• Ensuring work completed and run smoothly.

• Coordinate and monitor activities at project site.

• Attend site meeting and measurement works.

• To planning, leading, monitoring and controlling projects with the support and co-operation with team members.

• To Compiling Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.

• Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.

• Monitoring construction and renovation projects.

• Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Diploma with 1 years working experience in supervising Interior Designer / Carpentry Works.

• Driving license (Preferred).

• Experience handle project F&B , Retail and Commercial .

• Must have pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and a team player.

• Able to work well under pressure.
