Ventamin Hiring! Full Time AI Video Editor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

We are hiring a full-time in house video editor to edit our Meta Video Ads. We run Meta ads at high budget spend. This role edits those video: partial video shoots with live talents and generates part of the footage with AI.

The right person will work from scripts and briefs, shoot and cut ads built to convert rather than built to look nice, and produce fresh versions of the ads that are already working. When we don't have the footage we need, you generate it yourself with AI rather than waiting for a full on video shoot. The right person edits with a strong DTC conversion in mind, sources B-rolls and delivers fast without needing hand-holding.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short, medium and long form video for Meta conversion ads and VSLs
• Cut multiple hook variations from the same footage for testing
• Generate b-roll and supporting footage with AI video tools when we don't have the shot, writing your own prompts
• Build AI UGC ads from provided scripts, including AI presenters and AI voice, so the delivery reads as a real person
• Integrate AI-generated visuals, b-roll, transitions, effects and text overlays into existing footage

You're a fit if you

• Have edited creatives for a Meta ad account
• Work fluently in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar, with 2 to 3 years of editing behind you
• Understand hook retention, pacing, and why an ad drops off at second 3
• Have hands-on experience with AI video, image and voice tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Hedra, Midjourney, Flux or ElevenLabs, and write your own prompts rather than reusing found ones
• Have a careful eye for AI errors: the sixth finger, melted text, the wrong bottle, the mispronounced word, the shot that doesn't match the one before it
• Can work independently from a brief with minimal hand-holding
• Have strong attention to detail and carry several briefs at once without dropping any

Good to have

• Motion graphics and animation in After Effects
• ComfyUI, LoRA training, or any experience keeping a face or a product consistent across generations
• Hands-on time inside Meta Ads Manager, reading creative performance yourself
• Copywriting, especially hooks and on-screen captions
• Photoshop, Lightroom or Illustrator
• Interest in skincare, beauty or wellness
