JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Carry out store opening and closing activities
• Perform various sales functions including approaching customers, providing product advice, promoting products and services, handing customer objections, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales
• Issue memos for cashier payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and refresh merchandise displays to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency
• Manage stock inventory, including stock-taking, replenishment and transfers
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, highly adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
• Active, energetic, and loves being on trend
• Possesses a sense of responsibility and spontaneity in every task
• Good verbal communication, and selling skills
• Minimum “O" Levels
• Basic IT proficiency to use electronic devices, computers, scanners, etc.
