Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support and manage sourcing activities for assigned commodities and categories
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in line with business and project requirements
- Lead RFQ processes, cost analysis, and price benchmarking to achieve competitive advantage
- Conduct supplier negotiations, including pricing, terms, and contract agreements
- Manage supplier performance, delivery, and quality to meet operational expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, planning) to support NPI and production needs
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain proper documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in OEM sourcing, commodity/category management, or strategic procurement
- Proven track record in supplier management, cost negotiation, and contract management
- Experience working within electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
