CNC Metal Machining Hiring! Full Time Procurement Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 7,500 - Ricebowl

• Establishing purchasing and inventory control procedures, based on corporate material control policy and coordinates material requirements to ensure minimum cost and lead times.
• Ensure and manage the integrity and effectiveness of the purchasing, procurement departments
• Coordinate with Engineering and QA departments for parts approval and vendors qualification to promote design for manufacturing.
• Responsible for adhering to corporate policies and procedures including ISO quality Management System.
• Conduct supplier system and process audits and where applicable, collaborate with vendors on capacity planning to drive and manage suppliers overall performance.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and support the team to maintain supplier consistent on time delivery.
• To monitor the movement of stock status weekly and monthly with Store keeper.
• Maintain inventory (Tooling, Material, WIP & Finished Goods) monthly basis.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings on yearly basis/continue improve purchasing methods / process.
• Back up purchasing dept to include ordering of supplies/goods, equipment and material, reviewing and processing/ issuing of purchase order.
• Special projects and/or other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

• Preferably Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Computer literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel,Wrd,etc.)
• Knowledge and ability to negotiation best.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skill and able to coordinate with all staff and other department head.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 will be an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
