Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Reservations Manager with the day to day running of the Reservations Department
- Respond to all telephone call enquiries in an engaging manner whilst also adhering to the hotels call standards with the aim of converting the enquiry into a booking.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the hotel product and services and use appropriate verbiage in their description.
- Complete all tasks outlined on the relevant shift checklist and sign off when all have been finished.
- Bachelor degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel is preferred
- Excellent command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Fresh graduate is also welcomed
