Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Manage payment systems and ensure that payment terminals are in working order.

2. Check and reconcile payment of orders from customer (online, merchant and cash).

3. Arrange all payment from company to supplier and others expenses, prepare proof of payment, and filling of documents.

4. Manage zakat and tax payments (SST).

5. Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.

6. Prepare budget and financial forecasts.

7. Publish financial statements in time.

8. Conduct month-end and year-end close process.

9. Collect, interpret and summarize financial information.

10. Develop periodic reports for management (daily sales report, monthly cash flow, event expenses report and etc.).

11. Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.

12. Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.

13. Keep up with development in financial policies, regulation and legislation.

14. Report latest financial development to management and advice on how the company and future business plans might be impacted.

15. Collaborate with General Manager in developing business plans based on the financial reports.

16. Liaise with auditors to conduct inspection on the organization’s risk management governance and internal control processes.

17. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Account Executive’s Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

· 2+ years of experience may be preferred.

· Possession of special licenses or certification may be preferred.

· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

· Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.

· Ethical behavior.

· Attention to detail.
