Job Description

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established trust and fiduciary services firm with an international client base. They are looking to hire a Senior Trust Administrator to join their Singapore team and manage a portfolio of trusts and related structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts, foundations and other fiduciary structures.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, intermediaries and other professional advisers.
  • Handle trust administration matters including distributions, appointments, settlements, changes of trustees and other lifecycle events.
  • Prepare and maintain trust documentation, minutes, resolutions, correspondence and statutory records.
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, accounting and corporate services teams on client matters.
  • Conduct client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews and ongoing monitoring in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with banks, investment managers, lawyers, tax advisers and other external parties.
  • Assist with the preparation of trust accounts, financial statements and periodic client reporting.
  • Ensure all client records and documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support junior administrators and provide guidance on day-to-day trust administration matters.
  • Identify and escalate any compliance, risk or operational issues where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of relevant trust administration or fiduciary services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of trust structures and the administration of trusts and related entities.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Good understanding of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
