Assistant Manufacturing Engineer (x3)
Singapore Manufacturing Engineering
Responsibilities
- Perform line setup, assembly, test, qualify and maintenance of wire bonder equipment
- Provide technical support to customers related to assembly and review drawing specifications and Bill of Materials
- Conduct training and certification of technicians and work with relevant departments to achieve quality output and deliveries
- Design/fabricate tools, jigs and fixtures and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Participate in MRB meetings to review non-conformance parts disposition and monitor in-process yield/reject and scrap
- Comply with any other duties assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of equipment assembly and test with reference to assembly drawings and schematics
- Trained on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Failure analysis and technical reporting experience
- Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with customers on technical issues and support evaluations
