About the role

The Account Manager will focus on strengthening existing client relationships and driving revenue through strategic up-selling. This role is dedicated to managing our established clientele across sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact, identifying opportunities to enhance and expand current IoT ELV and security infrastructure to ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen partnerships with existing clients, serving as their dedicated advisor for security and system integration
• Identify opportunities within current accounts to upgrade systems or introduce new IoT ELV and networking solutions
• Promote advanced surveillance, access control, and networking upgrades to meet client-specific security requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for system enhancements and represent the company in meetings with boards and property managers
• Ensure existing installations and project integrations consistently meet client expectations through proactive communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
