• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor key parameters (pH, DO, BOD, COD, TSS) to ensure they remain within standard limits.
• Perform daily checking towards WWTP pumps, valves, blowers, and other equipment
• Conduct chemical incoming inspection.
• Collect and conduct routine chemical and physical tests on plating solution samples.
• Collect and conduct routine chemical and physical tests on wastewater samples.
• Maintain proper monitoring of reagent and chemical shelf life and expiry.
• Record, analyze, and report all test results accurately recording to the production specification.
• Maintain accurate entries in daily and weekly records.
• Ensure all the testing done compliance with standard methods (e.g., APHA, ISO)
• Identify and report any abnormal test results promptly to the relevant personnel.
• Verify, operate and maintain lab instruments (e.g., pH meter, spectrophotometer, conductivity meter)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices
• Manage laboratory inventory (chemicals, glassware, consumables)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
