Job Description

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.

- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work schedules.

- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for construction activities.

- Monitor the quality and progress of construction works and report issues to the Project Manager/Site Manager.

- Ensure construction activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.

- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.

- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other site personnel to resolve site issues.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices.

- Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower and site activities.

- Perform other construction supervision duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

- Relevant qualification or technical certification in construction, building or a related field.

- Relevant experience in construction site supervision or as a general foreman.

- Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and worksite safety.

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

- Willingness to work at construction sites and according to project requirements.

- Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
