• Responsible for establishment, growth and overall operation of Truck, Crane distributorship business in Malaysia
• Develop and execution of business strategy, driving sales growh, building high-performing team.
• Esure operational excellence across sales, after-sales service, parts and customer support.
• Establish strong relationships with principals, customers, dealers and key stakeholders while ensuring the business achieves its financial and operational objectives
• oversee all aspects of the operations and work closely with the Group Management team to expand market presence and strengthen the company's position in the heavy equipment industry
