Role Description

• Involves receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage, packing, and dispatch of goods for telecommunication projects.
• Prepare and load items, perform routine checks on company vehicles, and safely deliver materials to project sites according to schedule.
• Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock counts, keeping the store area clean and orderly, and following safety and handling procedures, including forklift operation where required.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments to support smooth operations and timely material availability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.
• Possess valid Class D (car) and GDL license with a clean driving record and experience operating light commercial vehicles.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills for stock recording and simple reporting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, follow safety guidelines, and work in warehouse and outdoor environments.
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail; prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or construction/telecom materials handling is an advantage.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays if required.
