We're Hiring: Payroll & Billing Executive!

As a Payroll Analyst at PERSOL you will support the end-to-end payroll activities, billing administration and management of contracts for clients based in Singapore.

Location: Menara AIA Sentral, KL (Accessible by MRT and Monorail)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Role: Payroll & Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary
• Prepare billing to clients
• Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes
• Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation
• Filing of form IR21 tax clearance
• Generate yearly IR8A
• Submit NS claims
• Submit insurance claim
  
  

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Business/CAT or LCCI
• Have prior experience in processing HR transactional tasks primarily in payroll processing and benefits administration and/or other HR general operations would be value added.
• Fresh graduates welcomed, training will be provided
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS office
