Job description:

• Ensure daily operation is coordinate and run smooth manner meeting KPI and schedule by delivery good quality of service.
• Manpower planning for task delegation by establishing work performance of operation staff including selecting,coaching,disciplining and training employee.

REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum of five (5) years working experience in territory/filed or operation management
• retired ex-Army/Police
• Strong leader skills, possess good and effective communication skill with all levels within the organization, supplier, clients and related parties.
• Able to converse and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own Transport

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
