A Store Executive handles the operational and administrative aspects of store inventory, warehousing, or retail logistics. This role focuses on receiving stock, tracking inventory accuracy, maintaining neat storage setups, and coordinating smooth dispatch schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Stock Management

• Receive inbound stock shipments, verify quantities against delivery notes, and inspect goods for damage.
• Organize and arrange stock systematically within the warehouse or stockroom for optimal space use.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile variances within the inventory system.

Logistics & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and label materials or products accurately based on internal requisitions or customer invoices.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners, couriers, and drivers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Update electronic inventory records and generate material transfer notes or delivery orders.

Documentation & Workplace Safety

• Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage spaces adhering to safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare weekly or monthly inventory status reports, tracking slow-moving or damaged stock items.
• File and organize delivery receipts, purchase orders, and customs documentation neatly.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
