Vice Principal 

Monday - Friday
7am - 7pm Rotating shift
Salary: Basic $ 4,000 - $ 5,000 + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment
Work location: Paya Lebar

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood educator to join our management team as Vice-Principal. This is a unique dual-role position that combines classroom teaching with hands-on leadership experience. This role is ideal for a Senior Teacher with leadership qualifications who is ready to step into management — with mentoring provided to support your transition.
 

Requirements

• Leadership Certification (ECDA-recognised) preferred, or currently undergoing leadership training
• Solid classroom teaching experience, preferably with upper-level preschoolers
• Experience teaching English Language and literacy to children
   

Responsibilities

Teaching Duties

• Teach English Language to an upper-level preschool class
• Deliver curriculum aligned with ECDA frameworks
• Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote language and literacy development
• Oversee classroom learning and child development

Administrative & Leadership Duties

• Prepare and manage staff rosters
• Handle petty cash and groceries ordering
• Assist with parent billing and fee collection
• Conduct school tours in the Senior Principal's absence
• Greet parents, address feedback and resolve daily issues
• Manage ECDA paperwork and regulatory compliance
• Lead curriculum development and improvements
• Conduct teacher training and mentoring sessions
